  • According to the Korean traffic laws, a child is considered as 1 passenger.
  • Baby car seats (additional charges of ₩15,000 for each baby car seat) are available upon request. Please inform us at least 5 days in advance if needed!
  • Grace waiting period of 10 mins for Seoul > Incheon Airport transfers. If you exceed the grace waiting period, overtime charges of ₩30,000 per hour or part thereof is applicable and payable directly to the driver in cash.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was very nice and helped us with the luggage. We were staying in Itaewon and the streets tend to be very narrow, but our driver made it to our place and saved us the physical work and hassle of dragging our bags. The van was very comfortable, and spacious! Thank you!

Easy pick up (WhatsApp timely correspondence at Incheon Airport) arrival and drop off, comfy vehicle, kind and helpful driver : ) about the same price as a taxi ride

Used JJ’s for round trip airport transfers to/from downtown Seoul.On arrival where waiting outside the arrival gate with a placard with our name, for pick up for departure where early. Super comfy vans, helpful drivers, hassle free, good communication. Would definitely use again
