  • Pets must be kept in their cage for safety,
  • Fold-able wheelchair/stroller could fit in the trunk (Please consider One wheelchair/stroller is regarded as one regular luggage in 26 inches).
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I needed to change pickup time which was easy to do through email. Driver was actually at hotel prior to scheduled pickup time which was great so we didn’t have to wait. Very clean and new van. I would highly recommend as stress- free way to travel between hotel and airport, and vice versa.

Continues to be an excellent, efficient & cost-effective alternative! Don’t take those airport buses or get a cab if you have more than 4 suitcases! Love KVAN! Easy communication using WhatsApp. Always on time. Remember to confirm your reservation when Tripadvisor sends you an email. Until you allow Tripadvisor/Viator to accept your payment, KVAN is not able to contact you. Pick up is always 3 hours prior to the flight departure time. If you want to leave earlier, you MUST request it at least 3-4 days prior so they can assign a driver. Vans are always clean. One I rode on had 8 seats. We had 5 large suitcases for 2 people & it was easy. Driver Mr. Ho J. Park helped us at pick up & drop off. Please remember to TIP your driver if you’re happy with the service. We gave 10,000KRW (equivalent to $10USD at a ‘normal’ exchange rate). Will continue to use KVAN. Flat fee is easier than the taxis which cannot accommodate more than 4 suitcases. Thank you, KVAN!
