My husband and I loved this tour. Harry was very knowledgeable and accommodating to a few stops along the way. The tour is absolutely stunning - the sites we saw. We got in some leg work to burn off the calories from eating the delicious Korean food. The van was also very comfortable and I was able to get a few winks in to stave off the jet lag. :)

Nous avons réservé cette excursion privée pour un groupe de 5 personnes. C'était extraordinaire! Notre guide Harry était parfait, efficace et sympathique. Et cette journée a été une occasion unique de sortir de Seoul et voir la Corée rurale. Nous avons vu un temple magnifique en haut d'une montagne avec vue superbe vers la mer, visité le peace observatory où nous avons eu une vue incroyable sur la Corée du Nord (avec vue sur les villages, les rizières, les gens qui travaillent au champs et nourrissent leurs bêtes), la visite du dolmen classé patrimoine de l'Unesco et visite du marché au ginseng. Merci Harry pour cette magnifique journée!

I had a top-notch, tailored, and personalized trip with Harry to Seongmo and Ganghwa Islands a few weeks ago. The trip mixes physical/outdoor activities (the trail up to the Bomunsa Temple and the stone Buddha - well worth the extra hike up the mountain), great history (the dolmen), and current events (view of North Korea from the Peace Observatory). Harry also took me to a local, traditional market on Ganghwa-do on the way back which was an interesting experience for me and a glimpse into how Korea was before Seoul became ultra-modern. Harry is a great conversationalist and will tailor the trip to what you want to see and do. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to see things a bit off the beaten track (i.e., not full of tourists), but, still doable as a day trip from Seoul.
