  • Trg Republike, Belgrade, Serbia
    The tour continues to the heart of the city, well known Knez Mihajlova (Prince Michael) pedestrian street. Learn about Student's Square and Belgrade University, and proceed to Republic Square, with a XIX c. monument to Prince Michael, and remarkable edifices of National Theater and National Museum. A 30 -45 min refreshment break at the Republic Square/pedestrian zone (one drink included in the tour price) is provided.

    After the break, the second stage of the tour begins. Enjoy the panoramic ride that reaches 'Old Town' first. We will pass by Orthodox Cathedral and the Patriarchate of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Princess Ljubica's Residence, and well-known Question mark '?' Inn, the oldest restaurant in the city, and the only one with such a name in the whole world.  Crossing the Sava river brings us to New Belgrade, the newest part of the city, with nice examples of post-WWII Socialist architecture. You see Ušće Towers, Park of Friendship, Palace Serbia, Belgrade Arena, and more.

    After crossing the newest Belgrade 'Ada' bridge, our tour arrives in Košutnjak and Dedinje - luxurious residential quarter of kings, presidents, prime ministers, and ambassadors. Visit of the Museum of Yugoslavia and the House of Flowers - also known as Memorial of Marshal TITO, president for life of Socialist Yugoslavia and one of the most influential leaders of the XX century.

  • St. Sava Temple, Belgrade, Serbia
    After the visit to Tito's Memorial, our sightseeing ride of Belgrade continues. We will pass by Red Star Belgrade soccer stadium and soon arrive at the famous St Sava Memorial Church, one of the largest religious buildings in the whole world with it's most impressive 17000 sq. meters of finest mosaics. In the final stage of the panoramic ride, you'll see Slavija roundabout, Nemanjina street, Kneza Miloša Street (with scars from the 1990's conflicts still visible), National Assembly, City Council ('Old Court'), Terazije... Return to the hotel or other place within the city center of your preference. End of service.

We had an amazing day with mr.Srdan - who is a true local history, art and cultural background expert. Not only mr.Srdan custom tailored our tour, he provided us with a vast knowleadge of cultural background that made Belgrade an amzing city as it is. As a company team this was our first turist guided day evet that got us to understand Serbian backround better, which will help us understand this market even more. We highly recommend Explore Belgrade agency to everyone seeking first hand knowleadge about Belgrade and Serbia. Furtermore everything was prompt and on time - true money for value service! Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von zehn Leuten in Belgrad und hatten die private Tour gebucht. Unser Guide Ivanka war super nett und sprach nahezu perfektes Deutsch. Sie holte uns morgens an unserer Unterkunft ab. Dann ging es zu Fuß zu der nahe gelegenen Festung von Belgrad. Ivanka erzählte uns sehr viel über die Geschichte von Belgrad und konnte alle Fragen beantworten. Vorbei an einigen schönen Ausblickspunkten erreichten wir die Fußgängerzone. Dort gab es eine kurze Pause im Café mit einem Gratisgetränk, bevor die Tour dann im privaten Kleinbus fortgesetzt wurde. Quer durch die Stadt führte uns die Tour zum Museum und Grabstätte von Tito und zur Kathedrale. Schließlich setzte uns der Bus an unserem Wunschziel ab. Die Tour war sehr schön und interessant, vor allem auch durch die tolle Führung von Ivanka.

We liked very much the tour we had in Belgrade some months ago.It was easy to follow our guide Mr Joca Tipold who was excellent and he gave us a lot about culture and history of old and modern Belgrade.There is no complain for the driver also.They tried to give us the best they could in the few hours of the tour.We really enjoyed the tour and we recommend it.
