We collect from all camps and lodges that are within reasonable reach (up to 2hrs drive or 40km) of our launch sites within Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We MUST know your camp/lodge location in order to confirm your booking.

    We fly from June to November in Kogatende. For a lifetime experience such as this, you want to make sure you fly with the best. Since the 1970s, we’ve been crafting exceptional balloon safaris and the memories we create are a combination of our long experience, our attention to detail and our desire to make your flight with us truly extraordinary. Each flight is a different journey dictated by the direction of the wind, where the sights and sounds rise from the ground to meet you. We know where we’ve started but we don’t know where we will return to earth. This is part of the adventure. Sometimes the basket will be gently brushing the tips of the grass and sometimes it will be climbing, climbing through the layers of air until you’re high enough to see the curve of the horizon, painted gold and pink by the early sun. Each flight lasts for approximately 1 hour and we celebrate with a champagne toast before enjoying a sumptuous 'full-english' breakfast under an acacia tree.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The balloon ride was amazing! We saw many animals and we had many great views from above. The breaksfast was delicious and everyone from the staff was so welcoming and nice.

Serengeti Balloon Safari is the best...they make yoru whole experience special and one of a kind and gave us the most amazing flight and we saw many incredible animal sightings, including a "just born" cape buffalo! Pilot was expectional and had us in awe of his piloting skills and ability to get us to everything we could see! Takeoff and landing was smooth and comfortable! We all raved about the experience and all 16 of our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience!!! Hope to do it again with you in a year or two with another tour group!

Flying 10' to 20' off the ground was amazing! We went right over the animals, trees, grasses and got great pictures. The breakfast at the end was full 5 star meal and service. DO NOT MISS THE BREAKFAST AS IT WAS AS FUN AS THE RIDE!
