We guarantee pickup for all travelers at the Ponta Delgada cruise terminal. We will be inside the cruise terminal, holding a sign with your name on it. - Cruise passengers are responsible for finding their guide by looking for their name on the signs, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour. - For cruise ships that dock before 9:00 am, the tour starts at 9:00 am. - For cruise ships docking after 9:00 am, the start time of the excursion will be adjusted to after docking. - This activity is exclusively for cruise ship passengers. If you would like to take part, please contact us first to find out the conditions.

Duarte was a great guide. Friendly and kind and took time to show us the attractions. This was a beautiful tour and we had great weather. We had a stop for restroom break and a coffee too. I felt we got a great view of Sete Cidades and the drives there and back we saw much of the West Island.

OMG our tour was just amazing! Our tour guide Joao picked us up at a pre arranged location holding a sign with my name on it! Hid van was spotlessly clean. Joao spoke perfect English and told us many many stories along the way. Touring was so much better than the large busses I saw a long the way with 80 people on board. Make sure you book this trip in the Azores!

This was a great tour to see a lot in a short period of time. Our drivers were wonderful and explained SO much of what we were seeing and answered all of our questions. It was extremely foggy the day we went, so did not have a good view of the lakes. The drivers went out of their way to take us to two additional sites to make up for it! Would recommend checking the weather at the top before heading out.
