Without all this data, the entry can be rejected.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Communicated well and quickly, even when plans changed. Did a great job of educating the group on the various sites along with some cultural insight. Was a nice small group, definitely a good value for the price.

The trip was booked for 9.15 in the morning with the intention to go as advised by Tripadvisor early. And have an Englishb speaking guide in a small group when less crowded . Very annoyingly the trip was rearranged by the tour guides to late afternoon that day 4 pm . We were bumped into a large mixed language group which took ages and reduced significantly how much time we could spend in this beautiful place . Very disappointed with the arrangements

Horrible. I booked an early access 9:15 tour in English. The day before they let me know it would now be at 4:00. When I arrived for the tour I found out it was bilingual. I had similar problems the last time I booked a Viator tour. So I got crowds, heat and bad light for photos. I did not endure a bilingual tour because we bought the audio tour once inside and gave the guide back her headsets. I don’t know why anyone would book a tour like this anymore when you can get all the info you need from an audio guide and go at your own pace with no surprises. These people are dinosaurs.
