Discover the beautiful church of San Salvador, a monument built in the 17th century and featured mainly by the Baroque style of architecture with remnants from Roman and Visigothic style. This church was the designed by two different architects. The first, Estaban García, began the work that we see today in 1674 and Leonardo de Figueroa finished it in 1712. In 2008 the restoration was finished and it restorated also its glory nowadays . Visit and explore this historic church in seville and take a chance to see its vibrant exterior color.

A fascinating, highly-decorated church with a mini-museum in the centre of Seville. It'll cost you €4 per person to enter or you can buy a €12 pass which includes the cathedral and the Giralda. This slip of paper will enable you to queue jump when you get to the cathedral, so buy your pass here rather than there. Alternatively, if you turn up around 9am you can visit San Salvador for free by attending a service, as with the cathedral by entering at the Puerta San Miguel around 9-10am (see my cathedral post for more details). Having said that, €12 for these two plus the Giralda is decent value for money, considering they all need to be maintained.

“Pequena Igreja”, com altares monumentais. Visita com óptimas orientações, sem necessitar de um guia. Bilhete incluído na compra das entradas para a Catedral e Giralda, que vale muito a pena. Compra on-line no próprio site (1€ mais barato do que nos quiosques físicos)

No soy especialista en arte, ni mucho menos, pero la Iglesia del Salvador es uno de los lugares en Sevilla que bajo ningún concepto debes saltarte. Es una Iglesia barroca con unas obras de arte espectaculares y unas imágenes impresionantes. En ella están las hermandades del Amor, la Borriquita y de Pasión. Además de la Hermandad del Rocío de Sevilla, donde se ve expuesto su Simpecao y una réplica del la Virgen del Rocío
