We had this tour booked on March 1, 2025, while we were on a Princess cruise. I tried for several hours to download our tickets while we were on the ship’s WiFi. They never would download. In Seville, we of course, didn’t have WiFi, so we were never able to download the tickets and take the tour. We had already been charged for the tickets, so we lost our money. After we returned to the ship, the ticket downloaded. Of course, now it was too late. This was very disappointing. I had trusted Viator that everything would work and be okay. We have taken tours using Viator before and never had any problems. I think we should be refunded our money since Viator never made it possible to get our tickets.
