We did this tour based on a suggestion from Mahsa, its not something that I would have picked normally. I'm so so glad we did it because it was the best day of our trip! The farm tour and ham tasting was so fun and informative. You also go into the countryside of south Spain to see the farm and cave, so its a bit outside the regular tourist path, which I loved. Carlos was an amazing guide (he also took us to Cordoba a couple days before), it was like spending a day with an old friend. He made sure we were taken care of at each stop as we don't speak spanish. I really recommend NJAT, they have great guides and smooth logistics, very easy to work with!

We wanted to do some gourmet food tours but leave Seville. Mahsa suggested Iberian ham tasting and it turned out a great idea. It is a quite relaxed and short tour and it gave us a very good insight into the food culture and local traditions. Our guide had great English and showed us absolutely everything on the farm. We also purchased a lot of ham since it is hard to find such quality in the market. All organic! Our driver, Jose, was Spanish speaking but he was very considerate, took us to the top of the hills to see the ruins of an old castle and even booked a very nice restaurant with local specialties. It was a delightful day!

if you like food this is the best tour you can ever do. We were picked up at our hotel at 9am and after a nice ride arrived at a very small ranch where the whole family was working. The pigs looked so well and the farm and factory itself were very well taken care of. We tried 3 different ham varieties with local wine. It was plenty of food and I don't think I've ever had such nice food in Spain. Afterward, we went down to a nice underground tour located right below a castle. It was like 1001 nights!
