The tour guide never showed up. The appointment was for 17.00 and i received a message at 18.00 saying that finally, the guided tour will not take place. They suggested next but for me, it did not mean anything as i was on my way back to my country. As there was the option of this tour even if it was "Resurrection day", the way we were treated (without knowing in advance and waiting for one hour in order to be informed) showed lack of professionalism. Viator and other relevant companies, should pay more attention with whom they cooperate.

Grecia, nuestra guía, fue encantadora, muy didáctica y muy comprensiva con nuestros hijos pequeños. Sus explicaciones nos parecieron muy interesantes e imprescindibles para entender todos los secretos de esta parte tan importante de Sevilla: El parque de María Luisa.
