What a great way to spend 3 hours. Made some new friends and enjoyed learning how to cook four different things. Our chef Carlo and his assistant were tremendous

This was such a great experience. Cooking with a group of strangers wanting to enjoy Spanish cuisine couldn't have been made anymore interesting or fun. The recipes were all using fresh ingredients. The staff made sure to ask of allergies and likes and dislikes of all participants. Everything was clean and sanitary. They allowed us to take pictures and video while we cooked. The class took place in a wonderful market. It was a great experience with Spanish cooking that I highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great time at this cooking class. Leo and Anna were wonderful hosts and did a great job with the class. Everyone got to participate and we learned a lot about traditional local food.
