Four of us from Colorado and Florida took a night to attend this cooking class. Whether you are experienced cooks or not, this class includes all shapes and sizes. The main chef and her helper were both fun, experienced, great communicators, and helpful. The meal we enjoyed was delicious. I wouldn’t have minded a lot more chicken pieces in our paella. I would definitely recommend this place…they were well prepared for us, having lots of prep done and giving us also a chance to cut, stir, and sauté. I especially enjoyed the yummy and easy soup we made with 4 ingredients. We also got a great recommendation about buying saffron as gifts back home, since it a lot cheaper here. I’ve cooked many decades but I learned better how to cut up a chicken and pieces off the bone. Thank you!!!

Great fun and educational!! The Chef had a great sense of humor! I have been cooking for years and my 21 yr old son enjoys cooking, or so he tells me;). We both learned things from this class. Enjoyable atmosphere, hands on, great meal. Would do it again!!

The evening was great fun and chef David gave a wonderful experience. The class was informative with strong expertise around the ingredients, the history of the dishes, and how to best prepare to make the recipes ourselves. The kitchen was super clean and there was an entertaining section on making drinks too. I attended with my sister on a Friday evening and the class was gifted to me as a belated birthday present. After the class we spent the rest of the weekend trialling their list of recommended hotspots in Seville which did not disappoint! A must-do experience.
