Travel into the protected waters of Resurrection Bay in search of gray whale on their annual migration through Alaskan waters on this 4-hour excursion. Gray whales migrate over 5,000 miles from Baja to the Bering and Chukchi Seas each year in search of food. They begin their migration north in late February and travel through Alaskan waters in the spring. In addition to gray whales, watch for humpback whales, orca, Steller sea lions, sea otters, Dall's porpoises, harbor seals, bald eagles, and many other types of marine birds.

Employees were very attentive to guests. They were able to answer all questions. We went on a day with rough seas and they checked with everyone often to make sure they were okay

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The weather was water was rough but the staff constantly checked on passengers to ensure no one was getting seasick. However, although no one can control the weather (the trip was gorgeous regardless) do not advertise this boat trip as being heated on the inside of the boat. It was way too cold on the inside!! Even being bundled in layers and coats for 4 hours and no heat did not make it as enjoyable. I don’t know if the heat wasn’t working or too many people going in and out, not ensuring doors were closed properly, or holding doors open….but it was cold. Beautiful trip. We saw killer whales and mountain goats.

I recommend this cruise! The staff were very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. They were very present on the cruise and went around ensuring people didn't have questions. The boat was very clean and newer. We saw lots of animals (whales, sea lions, porpoises, etc) and I got great pictures. The trip was the perfect amount of time. The meetup location was easy to find. Would do it again
