On arrival, we WhatsApp messaged the guide to say we were there and to ask where we would find him. He responded that he had minivan problems that morning and had contacted Viatour. Although he had arranged for the payment to be refunded, we were without the tour we had arranged. We had to quickly find a taxi for the 6 people and guide ourselves.

Very disappointed. This was the beginning of my trip and the vendor confirmed and my ticket said that 5 people would be accommodate for the excursion. Had limited communication on the trip, via internet on the cruise ship and although I confirmed the trip the day before. When I arrived at the port the next day, I found out that the vendor cancelled my trip because they now said that they could not accommodate 5 people and said that they emailed me the night before. I was not even given 24 hours notifications, as would have been expected of me to cancel a trip. Me and my friends had to figure out what to do for the day and had to pay so much more for the excursion of the day. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I should be compensated for the major inconvenience. I went with Viator to ensure that I would not have such experience with a tour companies in other countries.
