We were happy with the professionalism displayed by their Team, driver reached the airport on time, was also a full time tour guide for us. Comfortable driving and was covering all the must visit spots. We were at ease and satisfied. It was an excellent experience, thanks to Mr. Ronny.

Die Tour war perfekt. Der Guide hat uns von der Fähre abgeholt, unsere beiden Koffer den ganzen Tag im großen Auto behalten und uns abends zum Flughafen gebracht, ganz wie wir angefragt hatten. Auch während der Tour hat er sich immer an unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst und uns gefragt, wie wir es am liebsten machen möchten. Während der Tour hat er uns viel erzählt und gezeigt. Es war sehr spannend und wir hatten einen sehr interessanten Tag gehabt. ABER ACHTUNG: Die Tour kostet in Wirklichkeit nicht 130,-€, wie es in der Beschreibung steht, sondern 170,-€ für zwei erwachsene Personen! Man kann nämlich bei der Auswahl die Personenanzahl nicht verändern und nur "1 Person" auswählen. Natürlich würde niemand alleine so eine Tour machen und man geht davon aus, dass es die angegebenen 130,-€ auch für zwei Personen sind, weil das ja der Preis "pro Gruppe" ist. Nach der Buchung wird einem aber gesagt, dass man noch 40,-€ beim Guide extra bezahlen muss. Dass man bei der Buchung nicht mehr als "1 Person" auswählen kann, sei wohl ein Fehler, den man versuchen würde auszubessern. Bisher wurde dieser Fehler allerdings nicht ausgebessert und man kann immer noch nur "1 Person" auswählen. Das erscheint mir irgendwie wie ein beabsichtigter Trick. Schade, deshalb nur 4 Sterne.

I want to praise the professional work of this travel agency. They do everything according to agreement and they are very kind. This is the travel agency that offers various activities, from accommodation to excursions and much more. We booked transfer from the port to the hotel. Through an informal conversation, we asked about the trips they offer in Mahe, and we got the best recommendation of what to visit and see. We took private tours where the guide took us to the most beautiful beaches, viewpoints, waterfalls... We toured the entire island up and down. He had a lot of patience to explain everything we asked him and describe life in the Seychelles. All praise and recommendations for the best agency Welcome Travel. Especially thanks to Damian for everything. You are the best...
