  • We provide up to 2 hours of waiting time at the airport after your flights arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees may apply.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Driver was waiting right outside the exit after baggage claims. I was not expecting a sedan - only our medium luggage’s for in the trunk - our carryons were placed on the front seat. I was expecting an SUV like all other companies but it did the job.

We arrived close to midnight at Pudong Airport and so glad I pre-booked the airport transfer to my hotel. The driver was waiting right outside the arrival hall with a name card. Although he doesn’t speak much English, he was polite and helped with our luggage. It s a very busy airport, so glad I didn’t have to find my own way to get a taxi or other transport. Very good and safe driving straight to the front door of my hotel. Highly recommended ????????
