I booked this transfer from PVG to the hotel where my colleague and I were staying less than one week before arriving. I was a bit nervous, as we did not receive any communication from the company that our driver was waiting, more specifics on where he was standing, etc. As we made it through customs, my colleague went right, and I went left, looking for someone holding a sign with our names. She found David, and he was courteous by taking her suitcase and showing her where the wash rooms were. When I met up with them, I found his English was good, he was polite, and he led us straight to his car. The car was roomy and clean. His driving was smooth and without incident. I would highly recommend this service for anyone who would prefer a pre-arranged booking instead of relying on a taxi or DiDi.

No issues - driver was waiting for us as planned, car was clean and comfortable. You wont have an issue getting a transfer with this company
