Great day trip to Tongli water town. Driver Liu easy to find and got us to our destination quickly in comfort. Great to have just us in the car. Easy to communicate with Alana via WhatsApp and Liu with translate app. Great communication to confirm tour the day prior. Would definitely recommend.

The trip was great. The driver, Mr Wang also very nice. Although the driver can’t speak english, but we can communicate with Alana, the tour coordinator via whatsapp. Alana is very helpful in assisting us through whatsapp. Very recommended. Definitely will reorder again.

Just arriving in Shanghai after a very long journey we considered that private transportation will be a good option and we were not wrong. The driver was very polite and very professional. The car was clean and very well maintained. Definitely recommend this service.
