Due to the so many passengers arriving at the same time, delay in clearing immigration and custom is unavoidable. Driver still waited for us even after almost 2 hours from our scheduled pick up time.

Facile et rapide pour réserver sur TripAdvisor Facile et rapide pour se faire récupérer à l’aéroport et se rendre à l’adresse indiquée à la réservation. Une 60 aine d’€ J’ai gardé le même chauffeur pour le lendemain (paiement en cash uniquement dans ce cas) mais la aussi c’est pratique quand on a sa journée de travail bien cédulée. Organisateur (il s’appelait Tom) parle parfaitement l’anglais donc pour vérifier si tout ok après la réservation c’est pratique. Le chauffeur était bien, conduite prudente avec véhicule genre monospace, propre. Je recommande plutôt que de s'encombrer avec des taxis locaux pas souvent propres et limite côté sécurité.

Tom provided two flawless trips for me during my business trip to Shanghai. First, he picked me up at the Hongqiao train station, where he came inside to find me when I couldn't find my way out. Second, he drove me to PVG for my outgoing flight. In both instances, he communicated clearly, was on time and provided a flawless ride. I will definitely be booking him every time I come to Shanghai.
