2.Free Waiting time:Pickup from Railway station:60 minutes.
If you don't show up during the waiting time and cannot be contacted,you will miss your car and receive no refund.
Overtime waiting fee: (USD5 or RMB35 PER half hour Per car) ,please pay cash to the driver

3.the hotel should be located in the city downtown(within the middle ring road of Shanghai ), there would be a little extra charge for out of range.

We organised our transfer through Mr. Orange and are very glad we did. Communication from the Mr Orange staff was excellent. From the moment our booking was made our minds were at ease. Our driver Mr. Qian was waiting for us when we arrived and was extremely professional.
