The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The VIP Lounge has locations in the restricted area of the departures level of the airport. For these locations, you must pass through security and immigration prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering any of the lounges
Travelers have access to any one of the following lounge locations:
Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG)
No. 37 Lounge (International Departures, Terminal 1; 6:00am until last departure)
No. 77 Lounge (International Departure, Terminal 2)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Awful lounge, no wifi, no food except for noodles and no hot drinks expect for Chinese tea! Would not waste your money here.

A bit disappointing. The food was not quite what we were looking for. The seating was okay but not as relaxing as I would want enabling us to fully relax. It seemed a bit impersonal.

Limited variety of food, uninteresting decor and not enough reading material to cater for all markets. Only one shower which was locked.
