Overall the trip was good and the driver was courteous. My only problem with with the strong smoke smell in the car. I didn't want to be late for my flight, so we put up with the smell. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and still have some respiratory problems from the ride.

I changed the hotel 3 weeks in advance through Viator with an email confirmation. They did not come to my hotel the day was booked. I called them twice but was unsuccessful because they do not understand neither speak english. The pickup time was to tight to arrived to the airport on time so I had to pay a taxi in rush and worried. I would not recommend this service.

Excellent service from hotel to Pudong. Driver spoke excellent English and was a very good driver and very polite. Highly recommend as a way to get to the airport from your hotel in Shanghai. Price was 1/3 of what the hotel would have charged and a little more than a taxi, but the car was very clean and in good working order. I have taken taxi's before to the airport in Shanghai, which sometimes the taxis are smokey, not very clean and no AC.
