My plane arrived at 1:58 PM and I arrived at my hotel at 9:30 PM! The driver for my transfer was not at the airport when we got there and then they had difficulty finding a driver who wanted to drive to my hotel, which was an hour and a half away.

I made a mistake on my online reservation and spoke to Orvin Medina. He was so friendly and went above and beyond to fix the times on my reservations and review everything with me. He had the best customer service ever and I so appreciated his expertise, his wonderful personality and his follow-up. He is amazing!!

Stay away from this company! Booked online for a round trip transfer between the Cancun airport and my hotel. Nexus called me about 10x to confirm and picked me up from the airport with no problem but when it came to picking up my family from the hotel, they claimed they didn’t have confirmation. Therefore, my family and I were forced to pay for a taxi! Nexus claimed that they would reimburse me for the taxi ride fees if I submitted proof of payment; which I did immediately, upon my return home. As of today, I am still waiting on my refund! Nexus is not a trust worthy company; stay away!
