This is shared shuttle transportation that delivers to the airport and central zones of Guatemala City (Zone 1 bus stations, Zone 10 hotels, and Zone 13 hotels adjacent to the airport). We ask you allow MINIMUM 4.5 hours travel time, and leave ample time if you're catching a departing flight, as traffic and other delays can happen. Sometimes, we pass through Antigua to drop off passengers and there may be a short wait there. Inquire with us if you're worried about arrival times to the airport. This is NOT direct service most of the time.

We can pick up travelers at the main dock (Muelle Tzanjuyu), located at the end of Calle del Embarcadero, or, we can collect you at central Panajachel hotels. If you are staying in another village, including Santa Catarina Palopo, you will need to come to Panajachel for pickup.

  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Child safety seats are not legally required in Guatemala. If you are traveling with a child, please bring your own child safety seat or hold your child on your lap. Children in safety seats OR aged 3+ will be considered paying passengers.
  • Plan for a total trip duration of 4.5 hours minimum. There is a stopover and/or change of van in Antigua for this service.
This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

    The tour was very educational love the market, but was unable to stopped for lunch❤️ The driver was wonderful. He was patient. He waited for us, even though our bus was late. Great experience inocencia guetamala.

    Siempre fueron comunicativos y amablemente nos cambiaron el horario del transporte de último momento ya que el horario original no nos era conveniente. No tengo queja con la administración de la empresa. Sin embargo el viaje fue una muy mala experiencia. El recorrido tiene curvas pronunciadas y el conductor iba a altas velocidades, lo cual causó que algunos nos mareáramos durante todo el viaje. Luego al llegar a Ciudad de Guatemala, el conductor no sabía donde se ubicaba nuestro hotel por lo que tuvo que usar Google maps y en repetidas ocasiones entraba en calles equivocadas, lo cual sumado al alto tráfico de la ciudad, provocó que el recorrido se extendiera hasta una hora más buscando el hotel. Como extranjeros, contratamos esta clase de servicios porque confiamos que los conductores locales conocen mejor la ciudad y nos pueden llevar al punto de destino sin mayores inconvenientes, pero esta vez no fue así.

    A secure ride, and a friendly driver. It was a comfortable van. You’re asking me to say a few more words, but really, it’s just a shuttle.
