The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Waiting time restrictions: on arrival flights from Europe the driver will wait maximum 60 minutes from the moment the flight has landed. On arrival flights from outside Europe the driver will wait maximum 90 minutes from the moment the flight has landed.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver was extremely patient with me when I couldn’t tell him where I fwas in the airport and after discovering that it was our first time visiting London pointed out the major attractions along the route to our hotel.

Our driver named Joseph! He was outstanding! He came right when we called! We did not have to wait at all! He held up a sign with our name on it! He was very courteous too!

Our flight was delayed and we arrived over an hour late. The diver was still waiting for us. Location meeting place was confusing we went outside to curbside but driver was inside terminal.
