  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Purtroppo non ho usufruito del trasferimento perché non hanno ricevuto nessuna informazione dal sottoscritto sia sull’orario del volo che sul luogo del trasferimento,comunque la responsabile della compagnia di trasporto ci ha gentilmente offerto di cambiare il trasferimento aeroporto hotel con hotel aeroporto alla fine della nostra vacanza,vedrò se sarò accontentato,per il momento nessun punteggio.

No info on what to do once we landed. Bus took over 1 hour to arrive AFTER we'd cleared customs! Poor
