Horrible way to start a trip! They are inconsiderate, unorganized and have lack of communication skills! I waiting over an hour to leave the Airport since I booked shared ride. There were no private options available at the time of booking. Nexus needs to get more workers or figure out how to property transport guest in a prior time.

Attentive staff and we’re waiting although our flight was over 10 hours delayed. Organized and helpful as soon as we saw them they confirmed our names with their list to make sure they have the correct people. Very clean, big shuttle van! Loved it! Only issue was our driver when we arrived was going way too fast everyone on the van was worried and even on the potholes he didn’t slow down so we were bounced around too much! He definitely was doing 180-200km but the speed in some areas was 60 or 40. Nice man but it was 3am in the morning and after a long tiring flight it was rough!
