Red rock did not arrange for our pick up at our hotel. We called from the hotel and he told us to meet him at the information booth when we got to the information booth. No one had ever heard of red rock and we had to rent a golf cart on our own red rock totally failed to meet any conditions of our reservation and we must get an immediate refund.

Personnel pas sympathique ni empathique, juste là pour faire du business. Le tarif plus qu'abusé!15 jod un trajet de quelques minutes et 25 ar. Vue le prix exorbitant de l'entrée au Site 50 jod pour Pétra et toute la marche,cela devrait être inclus dans le prix. Je trouve qu'on est vrai pris pour des pigeons.

25 JOD pour un allé et retour par personne. Le prix est très élevé. Les chauffeurs font la course pour prendre le plus de client possible. Les chauffeurs parlent peu ou pas et à l arrivée ne nous laissent pas sortir du véhicule si on ne leur laisse pas de "tips"
