Your pick up time will be confirmed the day before your tour once we have assessed the final weather conditions and the tour is confirmed. Our experienced driver will wait for you at reception or outside the entrance of your accommodation. Please note that late arrivals impact the launch time of our tour and our other guests.

  • Sightings of shark species are not guaranteed, given the unpredictable nature of marine life. If you don't encounter sharks during your tour, we don't provide refunds. However, we offer no-shark vouchers, valid for 2 years, enabling you to return for another trip at no extra cost. Please be aware that this voucher doesn't include transportation.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

An amazing experience, with a crew who knew exactly what they were doing and you felt safe. Was a beautiful day, spotted some sea lions, baby sharks and eventually a relatively big one. Highly recommended.

The views were many indeed. Saw over 10 sharks and definitely other sea fish. You also see birds???? btw. Its hurting to see the shark wounds though which gives a dft perspective about them

Una pasada de experiencia. El día comenzó muy temprano con un muy buen desayuno. La atención genial. Los guías y trabajadores del barco estupendos. Tuvimos la oportunidad de ver muchos tiburones hasta 5!! Una foca y pinguinos. La experiencia del buceo en jaula fantástica. Y la vuelta con una buena lasaña caliente, genial!! Recomendado para ir en familia. Una experiencia muy buena. La explicación conservacionista muy interesante. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo !!!
