Your pick up time will be confirmed the day before your tour once we have assessed the final weather conditions and the tour is confirmed. Our experienced driver will wait for you at reception or outside the entrance of your accommodation. Please note that late arrivals impact the launch time of our tour and our other guests.

  • Sightings of shark species are not guaranteed, given the unpredictable nature of marine life. If you don't encounter sharks during your tour, we don't provide refunds. However, we offer no-shark vouchers, valid for 2 years, enabling you to return for another trip at no extra cost. Please be aware that this voucher doesn't include transportation.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Great experience, crew was friendly and professional. Lots of shark encounters with bronze sharks. Would have loved to see great white sharks but the company can’t control the sharks/environment

Crew were great and very attentive , totally transparent about the lack of activity, there was one shark which they’d manage to attract after a while, however, we paid for 4 to dive , but with it being rushed, one of our 4 didn’t get a chance to go in the water; it would have been nice if all 4 of us had got to go in, not the company’s fault at all, they did explain at the start, but would have been a nice gesture if they’d offered the difference back for the person who didn’t dive, just a suggestion for the company if they encounter this again.

An excellent company for shark watching, it works together with research and conservation of species and for me that is the most important thing. The guide and each of the workers are very friendly and friendly and give you breakfast and lunch , memorable experience !!!!
