The set up was overly long and irrelevant to the escape room, the requests from the team to not do something unless its really clear it can be done was unhelpful as was exactly what was needed for one step and there were too many 'challenges' that were purely trial and error rather than logic or knowledged based. It was a fun afternoon but the above meant we left feeling frustrated and annoyed.

Staff not sure about their role. We should have won but didn’t as the clue didn’t work properly. Could be better but was ok

Did the poisoned chalice... it was fantastic!!! Took my partner as a birthday gift and it was as fun as we imagined :) The puzzles were perfectly themed and if we weren't so silly, maybe we used our brains more we'd have finished earlier ???? Our host stamford was amazing and he was fantastic although i felt bad for him running around helping so many groups since it took a while for hints sometimes (not the hosts fault)???? Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a great time, sherlock fans or not!!
