This tour is very good for ones who are interested in taking pictures and experience the exoticism of Marrakech’s market. However, we can’t really buy the stuffs that you want. Sometimes the price offered in the souks covered quite high. But you can ask for help for the tour guide.

Our guide took us on a fantastic tour around the souks, showing us how the artisans work and giving us lots of interesting information about the history of Marrakesh and Morocco. We visited places that we would never have found on our own, or indeed know what we were looking at! Youssef pointed out all the mosques on our way and showed us the original Berber buildings and restorations too. My friends and I spent three hours with a very patient guide while we shopped at the various stalls and were entertained by the artisans themselves demonstrating how they hone their craft. Bring lots of money to buy souvenirs for yourselves or friends and families! We ended up with top quality leather shoes, silk scarves, mirrors and Moroccan lamps, cushion covers, jewellery and wooden ornaments. At the end of the tour, we were ready for lunch and Youssef kindly recommended a local restaurant that was fantastic! A beautiful place with fresh, quality Moroccan food. This is the first time I have ever booked a tour on a visit to any country and I would highly recommend if you are visiting for the first time! It is excellent value for money too.
