That about sums it up. A professional driver in company uniform held a sign with my name on it, he took my bags and we walked to the shuttle bus. It was a private bus booked for my husband and myself. They had cold water waiting, spoke English, were courteous. The driver turned on the air con right away. They offered to stop anywhere we needed (grocery etc). The van was clean and well maintained. We were brought right to the front door of our destination. The driver provided us with a company business card for any questions, concerns or easy future bookings.
