Guide was very knowledgeable and clear communicator. He made extra effort to give recommendations when we asked him for them. He is well versed in Catania history and did added to our tour.

Wir waren am Abend mit unserer Guide Virginia in Catania unterwegs. Virginia hat uns in sehr gutem Englisch sehr viele Infos vermittelt und wir haben sehr sehr viel gesehen. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug.

Our tour guide never showed up. The day previous, we attempted confirm by calling the number given. It had been disconnected. We called Viator. They were unable to reach the operator either. I was advised by Viator to expect an email or text confirmation. I received neither. This tour was paid and confirmed months in advance. Don't know what's up with this operator,but I wouldn't book them.
