Leo and Giovanni were lovely, and ready to try and answer any questions about Messina. We had never ridden segways before but they were patient and made us feel safe the whole time. The only let down was that the radio so you could hear the tour kept cutting out, so we missed bits.

Excellent tour of Messina. Fransceco and his lovely girlfriend were very good. They were very safety conscious, giving us a full lesson on how to operate the Segway. So do not be afraid, just do it! We saw so much of Messina via Segway mode beats walking hands down! This was my husbands first time, and he loved it. The only thing that concerned me was the meeting place. I find in Europe they do not give clear directions to a business to meet at. It is usually a piazza or on a corner. For us in North America, we are used to signs or businesses as landmarks to meet. It's just very different. However, if you bring the phone number, and are standing in a piazza, just call, they will fetch you. I highly recommend this tour, and would definitely take it again.
