We prepaid $864 for a Segway Tour. Unfortunately the cruise had to divert Palermo so we were unable to go on the Segway Tour. I advised the Tour Company the night before and requested a refund - and they refused. I cannot understand why a refund would not be issued if cancelled before the tour took place and it was obviously out of our control not being able to attend the tour. I would avoid this tour operator as they clearly do not have good morals or values and only focus on taking the customers money.

It was a wonderful experience. The owner and guide accompanied us. It was 4 of us. Loved every minute and would highly recommend this company!k
