They cancelled our private tour just before we were due to meet. We were offered the same tour the following evening which was no use to us.

The tour company cancelled our tour less than 3 hours before it was to start. We were unable to schedule a tour with another group for the same day. It was too late. We were only in Palermo 1 day and very disappointed. The company should have found another guide for us. The reservation for the tour was made several weeks ago. Find another group if you want to really have a guided tour in Palermo. Can’t depend on this group. They offered a tour for the next day but people make plans when traveling and can’t change them based on the tour company. We were leaving Palermo the next day. Arrivederci to this group.

A great tour and a fantastic introduction to Palermo. We did this tour the day we arrived in the city, and it helped us make the most of our week there. Well worth the money and lots of fun.
