Our gardens are immersed in the Syracusan countryside. We will explore the local varieties of olives to understand the aromatic and taste differences that make the Sicilian oil fragrant and highly appreciated internationally. We will see the production spaces up close and take a seat for the tasting session.

We went to the farm for a delicious lunch and tasting the people were so wonderful the oil delicious..we were shown how the oil was made very interesting... purchased a lot of oil and shipped it home some for myself and some for gifts...

Excellent experience with thorough and thoughtful explanations and your of the olive and citrus orchards. The tasting was delicious, high quality oils. Highly recommend a visit, a short twenty minutes from Syracuse.
