Didn’t show up, didn’t repond to my call or messages. Had to find a taxi at short notice. Do not use this service.

They didn’t show up or answer messages. We messaged the day before clarifying information to no response. When we arrived I messaged again, we called, we what’s app messaged … everything. In the end we had to book a transfer from the airport taxi service which was in fact cheaper. Next time I’ll simply book at the airport.

We booked an airport transfer from Siem Reap Airport to our hotel. I sent two messages inquiring about meeting areas and received no response. Small airport so easy to find meeting area where other drivers were waiting. Our flight was early so we waited over on hour for our driver to show up. We waited past our requested pick up time and still no driver do we had to hire a taxi. Very dissatisfied with this service, especially after spending over an hour watching other travellers walk out of the airport to meet their waiting transfer drivers and ours did not show up.
