Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Pick Up From Airport:
Thank you for using our pick up service. We will have our driver representative waiting you at the arrival hall with welcome sign board and the journey will take approximately at 30 minutes from airport to hotel.
Airport Drop off:
We will have our driver representative waiting you at hotel lobby and normally, please be ready 2.5 hours before departure flight.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Did not turn up for airport transfer. Booked through Klook and now need to get a refund. No contact from this company and there is no response when calling their number. Much better to use Grab.

I would give them a zero if that was an option. They never showed up for pickup and never answered my WhatsApp message or phone calls from me and viator customer service

Provider did not show up or contact us for the ride. We had to improvise and get a Tuktuk on the street for the hour and a half ride to the airport.
