After waking up very early at 6:30, we took a Tuk-tuk to go to the start of our activity of the day located in Kampot. On the road we were treated to heavy rain. Just what it took to make our future journey even more adventurous.
With two scooters for 6, we discovered the Kampot countryside, traditional villages and well-hidden temples that served as refuge during the Khmer Rouge dictatorship. Rolling in puddles and mud is good for boys. In addition to a traditional meal, we also tasted lotus flower seeds and green mango with chilli salt!
We finished at 16:30 and the rain resumed more beautiful.
We then returned to Kep to start packing for our departure to the capital Phnom Penh tomorrow morning.
