We'll visit 4 authentic eateries plus a local bar, including street food from the oldest stall in town, the only restaurant in town serving cuisine from the Kula ethnic minority, and sipping beer while watching the cows come home (literally) during sunset in a rural village. Plus a lot more! My hosts and I have worked hard to create a truly unique experience that you can't get anywhere else. My hosts and our vendors all have deep roots in Siem Reap, and our entire menu is produced within Siem Reap province, down to the home-made fermented fish sauce and garlic-chili sauces.

Hotel pickup is included from centrally located hotels. Please kindly let us know in advance where you’re staying (hotel name & address) so that we can plan the route and give you the exact pick-up time. We will provide your exact pick-up time approx 24 hours before your tour starts. Hotel drop-off will be provided at the end of the tour back to your hotel or preferred destination in central Siem Reap.

Buy local!! Allow Heng to enable you to delight in trying and experiencing local Khmer cuisine and culture. This tour will introduce you to sights and experiences you will likely otherwise miss. My family of four with two late aged teens loved this tour and we have already booked our Lost plate tour at our next destination (Phnom Penh )

My mom and I loved every moment of this tour. We have done multiple Lost Plate tours before in China and it was hard to imagine a tour that would top those, but this one did! Heng was a fantastic guide who was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made sure we were well taken care of despite heavy rain altering our itinerary slightly around sunset. The food was amazing, and the ability to have a family dinner in a stilt house is a once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend this tour, with Heng, especially!

This is probably the best food tour I’ve been on and I’ve done many. Tuk tuk driver picked us up, gave us a moist towel and a beer and off we went to meet the rest. The tour guides were lovely, informative and helpful. Great variety of places we ate at and there was a great trip out to the rice paddy fields, as well as a home visit. Finished up at a very cool bar with a great cocktail. 13/10 experience!
