Plus a lot more! My hosts and I have worked hard to create a truly unique experience that you can't get anywhere else. My hosts and our vendors all have deep roots in Siem Reap, and our entire menu is produced within Siem Reap province, down to the home-made fermented fish sauce and garlic-chili sauces.

Hotel pickup is included from centrally located hotels. Please kindly let us know in advance where you’re staying (hotel name & address) so that we can plan the route and give you the exact pick-up time. We will provide your exact pick-up time approx 24 hours before your tour starts. Hotel drop-off will be provided at the end of the tour back to your hotel or preferred destination in central Siem Reap.

We have used Lost Plate in China for food tours and is a reliable operator so we gave their Siem Reap tour a try. The tour was so well planned and executed and gave us a fantastic insight - or at least a tantalizing glimpse - into Khmer life. Our guide was Siv Hong and she we all enjoyed hanging out with her for a few hours. She speaks fantastic English and was generous with stories from her life in the countryside and transition to Siem Reap; and of course, the stories of Khmer food, livelihoods and lifestyles. There are so many little details that you would miss just meandering around restaurants and reading a book. The food was amazing, and it was a delight to visit a village and a villager's house and learn about their lives and livelihoods. To learn from somebody while enjoying the local food is an incredible experience. Lost Plate is a 5 star outfit, and Siv Hong is a 5 star guide, so if you have any interest in Cambodia (which if you read this, presumably you do....) and any interest in food there this is a no-brainer. Do it and enjoy (but don't eat too much in the afternoon before it!).

Yet another fantastic Lost Plate tour! Our guide, Sivhong was just delightful. Gracious, patient and funny, with excellent English - we couldn’t ask for better! A beautifully curated experience, with super interesting, off-the-beaten-track stops which fabulous local experiences. The food was excellent it was great knowing that we were supporting truly local businesses. Highly recommend.
