Half-Day Angkor Sunrise & 3 Main Temples Tour (Private Vehicles)

My wife and I recently visited Cambodia with the specific purpose of visiting the temples in Siem Reap. Our tour guide Mr. Seang Sakhna was outstanding. He was on time, communicated clearly, and had in-depth knowledge about the history of the various temples and the country. It was an excellent experience all around.

Cherry, our guide, was informative, interesting, acutely aware of our needs and humorous . He spoke and understood our language perfectly (even our heavily accented Northern English). We learned so much about the History of Cambodia and the surrounding countries and of course the Religious history. Cherry was particularly good at zooming in on the details of many of the carvings and explaining and interpreting what they depicted and their significance. He was also very willing to go "off piste" so as to speak and answer our questions about the recent social, cultural and political history of his country and how life was during the pandemic. As an unexpected extra Cherry took pictures for us and with us in them and showed remarkable photographic skills which were absolutely worth the cost of the trip in themselves. All this and much more, above all he was a friendly and considerate guy who enhanced our visit to Angkor Wat a million percent.
