Visit the floating market and see where the people have courageously adapted to some of the most unimaginable conditions in their floating homes. Enjoy the beautiful atmosphere in this one-of-a-kind village from the comfort of the boats. The guide explains the history, culture, and lifestyle of the villagers. The motorboat stops at a small floating cafe.

Had a great little day out not so far from Siem Reap. A short car ride down the Siem Reap river brought us to the lake. We did a fairly relaxed custom tour around the water village, saw some crocs and had some local bites (I mean dishes, not bites from the crocs). Finished off with a little trip part way up the hill, had a sit down and watched the sun go down. Pretty cool and real cheap! And then back into town for beers

reasonable time to start a tour to the lake good views on the way there. info by guide was informative.unbelievable surroundings at the floating village and the lake is massive.guide told me it is rainy season so lots of water there.to see the people in the evening would be interesting i think.great trip.

Not sure who provided this tour... Asia Voyage Tour or Asia Voyage Travel, but they appear to be sister companies. In any case, we had a very enjoyable day although a little pricey when you add up all the costs. Nevertheless, we saw a completely different side of the Cambodia... not at all like Siem Reap. Well organised and quality transportation. And guide quite funny
