Out of all the Viator trips that I booked this was the one not worth the money!! They are supposed to of giving me a transfer at end of tour, (And I had to reach out to them when I arrived in Italy because my plane was late) they gave me the run around never got paid for transfer back to anywhere. I'm supposed to have gotten a breakfast for both of us, the tour leaves at 6 AM the breakfast didn't start till 7 AM. They advertise the Napoleon is a 4 star hotel it is far from that although the front desk was amazing. We sat in a parking lot for an hour and a 1/2 to get to our hotel in Sorrento we got there at 9 o'clock at night the dinner was awful. The hotel was amazing but we didn't get any chance to enjoy it because we had to leave very early in the morning. I would not suggest this at all and I will be in touch with Viator as well I can't believe that they back this company!!
