Superb cooking class - we learnt to cook three classic Singaporean dishes which were all delicious! Monica, our instructor, was very friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging and sent us the recipes and photos afterwards. I am looking forward to making the dishes when I get home to the UK.

Sobna was a fantastic teacher and taught us amazing details about Singapore food and cultural traditions. She was very personal able and friendly! Food Playground is a great organisation and I would highly recommend them.

The time spent with the team was fun and informative. I enjoyed learning how to make curry paste from scratch and learning about Singapore food culture. To top it off we ate the delicious results.
