After the tour of the Singapore City Gallery, we will proceed to three residential areas in the Core Central Region using private transportation to give guests a feel of the various residential enclaves in the city area. Assigned guide will be well versed in real estate market and will be able to provide sound advice on housing options available in the market and what to look out for.

Excellent tour of Singapore's city planning in the City Gallery plus tour of elegant neighborhoods within the city area that are simply hidden in plain sight because they sit right behind touristy areas. Guide has in depth knowledge of the real estate market in Singapore and provided sound advice for me and hubby as we were looking to rent in a nice neighborhood. Established an almost invaluable contact !
