I would have given a better rating if the booking experience had been much better. DO NOT book this through Tripadvisor as there are two other parties, Viator and a company called Sun Leisure World involved. I booked and paid and they told me I couldn't get our tickets till the day before and it would be via Whatsapp. I had to message a number in India with my hotel and passport to prove I was a senior. I was suspicious it was a hoax as I had read about people getting tickets and then turning up at the venue and having to pay again. I sent my seniors card as proof. I did not receive the tickets the day before or on the day. I got the hotel concierge to call the company. They said they would message them to me. I got to the venue and still no tickets forthcoming. I message them again and then finally I received them. The whole experience was off putting as I really thought I was going to have to pay again. Tripadvisor should use companies that can be relied upon. I booked two other activities in Singapore with no problem getting the tickets which I received once I paid.

View was beautiful, we met a lovely guide Pong on the deck. He answered to all our questions about new construction projects. Show us where to go for local shopping and food. Very nice and very kind.

I was sold a ticket I could not use as it didn't have the proper QR code. I received no communication from the tour operator or Viator. I would definitely not recommend booking this.
