Whilst offering fantastic view over Marina Bay and beyond you only have access to half of the deck - i.e. not the swimming pool area

Ich hatte extra die Sonnenuntergangs Zeit Ausgewählt. Dan hat der Veranstalter geschrieben, die Tickets können nur Zwischen 11:00-16:00 genutzt werden und ich soll schreiben wann wir gehen möchten, wir waren dan kurz vor 14:00 da, die neue Zeit die ich angegeben habe. Das Ticket war nicht Gültig, ich habe auf meine Direkte Meldung keine Rückerstattung bekommen oder eine begründung weshalb die Tickets nicht gingen. Ich finde das nicht richtig. Wenn der Veranstalter ungültige tickets schickt müsste er das Geld auch Zurück erstatten. Ich habe dan vor Ort Tickets gekauft und der Ausblick war Super.

Die Tickets waren ungültig. Wir mussten vor Ort neue Tickets kaufen. Man sagte uns, dass dieser Anbieter immer wieder negativ auffällt. Schade. Eine Rückerstattung wird abgelehnt. Wir raten allen Intetessenten ab.
