  • Departure transfer will be pickup 4 hours before the departure time for both international and domestic flights
  • Waiting at the airport up to 75 minutes after the landing time
  • If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
  • Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
  • You may inform us at the contact numbers given above, should you be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the waiting time. We can try our best to arrange for the driver to wait pending their availability. Please note the driver reserves the right to impose a surcharge of SGD10 per additional 15 minutes of waiting time.
  • Pickup/Dropoff location Jurong and Woodland will be extra charge 20 SGD per vehicle payable to driver
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We didn’t even get to see or meet our transport. Our plane was delayed and also got delayed due to ICA Singapore health declaration that we have to submit in the airport. Can’t contact the driver either.
