  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I had an amazing experience because of the friendliness and attentiveness of your staff named Caroline. She was at the reception and very welcoming and cheerful. After a while, I noticed her at the back helping the service crew to do clearing and top up when lounge is busy. I definitely would be back again. Please help to convey my appreciation towards her! What a gem.

Clean and simple place, supportive staff. Limited food options but good selection. I liked it. Would be good to add more drinks options.
