The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Plaza Premium Lounge locations are in the restricted area of the departures level of the airport; you must pass through security and immigration prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering any of the lounges

Bar is closed from 12MN to 6am
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Only one negative point it is not near the boarding gate for Doha, rather on the other side.
But,
Modern, comfortable, quiet and clean lounge.
Professional and pleasant service by the staff all along our stay.
Elegant, polite and efficient ladies made this a enjoyable moment.
Clean bathrooms.
Decent buffet, great à la carte menu and a nice selection of drinks!
Excellent pastries!
Congratulations. Only SQ lounge in Changi better.
Air France, BA and Qantas still have room for improvement.

Personnel aux petits soins, nourriture et boissons à volonté, sanitaire d'une propreté irréprochable, douche et accessoires de toilette fournis, le tout avec le sourire.
Je reproche juste la moquette et les fauteuils défraîchis , ainsi que la saleté des vitres qui m'ont gêné pour profiter pleinement du ballet des avions.

After a long exhausting flight, the next thing you want to do is get a good and relaxing layover in changing airport before proceeding to the next flight. And I went to PPL to get some relaxing quiet moments. I didn't expect to deal with a staff of kind, courteous,and pleasing staff. The lounge is quiet and clean. The food is not very lavish but enough to fill your needs from beverage, dessert, to hot drinks and hot food. But the most important part of my experience is the service afforded by staff. I give special commendation to Mae Grospe who did try to find solution to the problem I encountered caused by booking at Smart Traveler. If not for the efforts of Mae G. I won't have a good restful time. She is super awesome. I will definitely come back to PPL and I highly recommend booking your next lounge stay with PPL, especially the Changi airport branch location. I don't regret the experience despite the problem caused by Smart traveler.
