We arrived at Esplanade Mall location but never were able to locate an office or tour guide, waited 20 minutes, no guide ever was seen in mall area. I would expect a complete refund, as no tour was done.

I'm afraid to say that the tour guide never turned up! The meeting point was not particularly clear on the instructions and we could not find the unit number in the shopping mall that was on the address. We waited (and looked around) for 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after the start time. We asked several staff members at the Mall nut no one knew about it. We requested a refund which was handled very efficiently.

Never turned up and when tried to contact the number didn’t answer. Do not use this company as meeting point was also hard to find from their directions.
